Essential Duties

• Support the administration and maintenance of recruiting systems
• Create and distribute recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics
• Affirm talent pipeline management, candidate outreach campaigns, and CRM initiatives
• Provide general operational support to ensure a seamless hiring process
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and candidate experience

Education and/or Experience

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or related
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skills

Other Qualifications

• This is an in-person position requiring the ability to work on-site in Carmel, IN
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Language skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents
• Reasoning/problem solving ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Physical demands: Able to move about the work environment, frequently stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear
• Work environment: Typically not exposed to extreme environmental conditions
