Pay Range
- Coordinate job postings on the internal and external website;
- Conduct job posting compliance processes and ensure state, local, vocational/rehabilitation, veteran, and disability job posting sites and records are up-to-date;
- Absorb and update careers email inbox and candidate inquiries;
- Support manual reporting processes including data gathering, updating, and auditing;
- Schedule phone interviews and prepare offer letters;
- Absorb and assist with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators, as needed;
- Perform other duties as requested.
Student actively pursuing Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or coursework relating to HR;
Ability to work at least 25 hours/week;
Prior work experience in an office environment;
Strong interest in full life cycle recruitment process;
High caliber of self-motivation;
Superior interpersonal skills and positive demeanor;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to work independently, remain flexible and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment;
Strong attention to detail and sound judgment capability;
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Pay Range
$20 - $23 USD
