Talent Acquisition Operations Interns - Summer 2027

About the role

Republic Airways is proud to offer an internship program that prepares students for the workforce. While we provide resources to help interns sharpen skills and make meaningful contributions in their department.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and reporting tools.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and ensure candidate records are updated and compliant.
• Create and distribute recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to support business decisions.
• Assist with talent pipeline management, candidate outreach campaigns, and CRM initiatives.
• Provide general operational support to ensure a seamless hiring process from application through onboarding.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and candidate experience.
• Performs other duties, analyses, reports, and presentations as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree (B.A. / B.S.) in Business Analytics, HR, Data Analytic, Communications, Marketing, or related
• Minimum 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a business group
• Strong analytical skill

• Ability to work onsite at our Carmel Headquarters location, unless otherwise directed by hiring manager
