A Day In The Life Lead full-cycle recruiting across assigned offices, regions, and divisions, including sourcing passive talent, conducting outreach, phone screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and guiding candidates through the interview and offer processBuild strong, trusted relationships with hiring managers and leaders through transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-throughDevelop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, while fostering ongoing relationships with prospective candidatesManage job requisition creation, postings, and marketing efforts for assigned rolesCoordinate with Onboarding team to ensure complete background check before transitioning candidate to HR teamContribute to special projects and broader talent acquisition initiatives that support team and business goals Necessary Qualifications 5-10+ years' experience recruiting for construction, engineering or architecture requiredData Center recruiting experience is a plusExperience using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and/or MetaviewFamiliarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS or another applicant tracking systemExperience partnering with multiple hiring managers and leadership What We Can Offer You At ARCO, we are committed to taking care of our greatest asset – our team.
