Talent Acquisition Manager
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent in the property industry, ensuring the company's staffing needs are met effectively in Atlanta.
About the role
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Grow university partnership strategy with the goal of establishing a long-lasting reputation as an employer of choice across local institutions.
- Apply behavioral assessment tools to hiring, onboarding, and development conversations.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Promote the employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in talent acquisition practices.

Requirements
- Previous full-cycle recruitment experience within the construction industry.
- Prior background in early careers recruitment & programs.
- Understanding of internal talent management strategy.
- Very strong communication skills with an ability to build connectivity across multiple departments & levels.
- Able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics.

Benefits
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000.
- Annual bonus target of 15%.
