Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy designed to recruit and retain high-quality employees.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Utilize cold calling, networking, and social media to source potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and ensure the recruitment process aligns with these needs.
  • Implement effective retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high level of employee engagement.
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Provide training and guidance to the hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview techniques, and retention strategies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to gauge the effectiveness of the talent acquisition strategy and make necessary adjustments.
  • Stay abreast with the latest trends in recruitment and the insurance industry to ensure the organization maintains a competitive edge.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, talent management, talent acquisition, interviewing, recruiting, retention, and hiring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using HR software and social media platforms for recruiting.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and insurance regulations is highly desirable.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$120,000 - $150,000 per year
