About the role
Manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and processes. Oversee the development and execution of recruitment strategies to meet company goals. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct background checks and reference verifications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
- Onboard new hires and provide ongoing support throughout their first 90 days
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition or related field
- Experience managing multiple recruiting initiatives simultaneously
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Qualifications
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate data and make informed decisions

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote work and in-office days
