About the role

This position is responsible for leading recruitment and recruitment strategy across the organization. As the successful candidate, you will be ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles. Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with leaders to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions. Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, selection of best practices, and market trends. Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring progress.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Enhance the company's employer brand through targeted initiatives and community engagement. Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Represent the organization at job fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities.
  • Data & Process Management: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Maintain ATS data integrity and ensure compliance with all legal and HR requirements. Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a broader talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices, labor market trends, and HR compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with UKG, applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
  • Experience Preferred: 1 year of strategic planning; 3 years of recruiting.
  • Skills Preferred: UKG, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
