Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Summary
Diamond Braces is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead recruiting efforts across more than 50 orthodontic offices throughout the Tri-State. This position is responsible for ensuring every office has the talent needed to achieve operational goals.
Essential Functions
- Recruiting Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies
- Forecast hiring needs and workforce demands
- Create sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions
- Maintain active candidate pipelines for critical roles
- Talent Acquisition
- Recruit and hire Treatment Coordinators, Dental Assistants, Office Managers, Client Relations Representatives, Billers, Orthodontists, General Dentists, and other operational support positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, community outreach, networking events, professional associations, schools, and local recruiting partnerships
- Build and manage a structured employee referral program to increase candidate quality and reduce hiring costs
- Create recruiting campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital channels to attract passive and active candidates
- Establish and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate evaluations using standardized hiring criteria
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and guide the selection process
- Manage the candidate experience from application through onboarding to ensure a positive and professional hiring process
- Monitor recruiting source effectiveness and continuously optimize sourcing strategies based on hiring results, retention, and cost per hire
- Develop relationships with local schools, colleges, training programs, and community organizations to create ongoing candidate pipelines
- Recruiting Operations
- Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (UKG)
- Ensure recruiting processes are standardized across all locations
- Monitor recruiter productivity and performance
- Develop recruiting workflows, scorecards, and hiring standards
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment laws
- Analytics & Reporting
- Develop recruiting KPIs and performance metrics
- Create and monitor recruiting dashboards using UKG and Power BI
- Analyze recruiting effectiveness by source, location, recruiter, and position
- Identify trends impacting hiring performance and turnover
- Present recruiting performance reports to executive leadership
- Leadership & Accountability
- Train and develop recruiters and hiring managers
- Establish hiring manager service level expectations
- Monitor hiring manager responsiveness and compliance
- Conduct recruiting audits and process reviews
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the recruiting function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce planning, or recruiting operations experience
- Experience supporting multiple locations
- Experience hiring customer-facing employees
- Experience with high-volume recruiting environments
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience with ATS platforms; UKG experience preferred
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
