About the role

As the Talent Acquisition Manager over Acute/Post-Acute Recruitment, you’ll shape the operational foundation of our talent strategy across acute and post-acute care settings, ensuring we attract, engage, and hire exceptional clinical and operational talent across our system. This is one of two Recruitment Manager roles reporting into the Director of Acute/Post-Acute, and you’ll lead a team of 12–15 recruiters and coordinators. In a healthcare landscape where acute and post-acute talent is highly competitive, this role is central to our ability to deliver quality, safe patient care across the continuum.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of 12–15 recruiters and coordinators as one of two Recruitment Managers reporting into the Director of Acute/Post-Acute
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategy, programs, and policies across the system
  • Own full-cycle hiring oversight for full-time, part-time, flexipool, and temporary roles
  • Lead workforce planning and hiring forecasts in partnership with clinical and operational leaders and HR Business Partners
  • Build and strengthen employer brand presence within the acute and post-acute care community
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, specialty pipeline health) to drive continuous improvement
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Talent Acquisition Advisors, Consultants, and Specialists focused on acute/post-acute recruitment
  • Partner with hiring leadership using a consultative, customer-focused approach to fill high-acuity and hard-to-fill specialty roles
  • Ensure compliance with licensure, credentialing, and hiring requirements throughout the recruitment process
  • Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and operational efficiency in a fast-changing clinical staffing environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
  • 5 years of recruitment experience and 3 years of leadership experience required; recruitment leadership experience preferred
  • Experience managing a team of recruiters at scale (high-volume hiring environment) preferred
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics platforms preferred
  • SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
