Talent Acquisition Lead, Performance Marketing

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead, Performance Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will own senior and hard-to-fill recruiting efforts across a fast-moving performance marketing environment, partnering closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines and move candidates efficiently through the process. The position will shape the recruiting playbook, including scorecards and rubrics, while creating the structure needed to track searches, identify bottlenecks, and keep hiring on pace. It also involves mentoring a Recruiting Operations partner and using modern recruiting tools to improve sourcing, outreach, and decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic talent acquisition leadership and hands-on execution to help the organization hire high-impact talent.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own and manage senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake to close
• Build a proactive pipeline ahead of demand for quick access to candidates
• Develop and maintain the recruiting playbook, including scorecards and rubrics
• Guide and mentor the Recruiting Ops Manager for optimal performance
• Create reporting systems for leadership to track search status and identify stalls

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in recruiting for affiliate or performance marketing businesses
• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting from first touch to close
• Strong sourcing skills with a self-built engine for inbound and outbound candidates
• Ability to provide clear and concise insights to senior leaders
• Experience in outreach that effectively converts candidates

Pay

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually
