About the role

Lead the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in the hiring process. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods including AI-driven tools.
  • Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of candidates to identify those who best fit the role requirements.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted job descriptions.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and networks to source top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and employment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing recruiting processes and achieving key performance indicators.
  • Experience working with AI tools and technologies in the recruiting space.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and ATS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-driven recruiting tools and platforms.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations relevant to the recruiting process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on candidate performance metrics.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
