Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for executive positions within Prime’s healthcare system.
• Develop sourcing, recruiting, and selection strategies for current and future workforce needs at hospital and regional levels.
• Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercising independent judgment to match candidates with job requirements.
• Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
• Make decisions about advancing candidates in the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, facility HR staff, and senior leadership to align recruiting practices with organizational needs.
• Develop and negotiate job offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional recruiting experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting executive-level positions.
• Minimum of 3 years acting as a lead recruiter.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting passive candidates.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
• General knowledge of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legislation, particularly as applied to recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $77,604.80 to $80,932.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
