Talent Acquisition Intern
About the role
You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.
Responsibilities
- Aid in sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Draft and post job advertisements across various platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire coordination as needed.
- Perform other HR and recruitment-related projects assigned by the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or ATS platforms is a plus.
