About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with the People team and get hands-on exposure to how hiring works at a fast-growing startup. You’ll work across tech and non-tech roles in India and international markets, and contribute across the hiring journey, from finding great candidates to helping close them. This is a high-ownership internship for someone who wants to learn quickly, work closely with recruiters and hiring managers, and understand what it takes to build exceptional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build strong talent pipelines by sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals and creative channels.
- Own candidate coordination across screening, interviews, follow-ups and hiring team communication.
- Deliver a great candidate experience by keeping communication clear, timely and thoughtful throughout the process.
- Keep hiring operations sharp by maintaining accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Contribute beyond day-to-day hiring through employer branding, campus hiring, hiring analytics and process improvement projects.
Qualifications
You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:
- Are curious about recruitment and excited to learn how high-performing teams are built.
- Have strong communication, organisation and follow-through.
- Take ownership, pay attention to detail and do not need to be chased to get things done.
- Can manage multiple priorities and stay organised in a fast-moving environment.
- Prior exposure to recruitment, campus placements, sourcing or people-related projects is a plus, but not required.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation and equity so you participate in the value you help create.

- An office designed for more than just work, with pickleball, table tennis, PlayStation, an arcade game room, an F1 simulator and even a full flight simulator.
