Key Responsibilities

• Lead on the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
• Utilize/leverage/develop relationships with outside vendors, web sites, and niche posting sites.
• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
• Congduct regular follow-up with managers/recruiters to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
• Post openings in appropriate venues (social and professional web media, associations, colleges, institutes).
• Utilize appropriate sourcing channels (Internet, referrals, recruitment vendor, etc.).
• Develop/utilize employment brand.
• Utilize/maintain the ATS system for sourcing, reporting, metrics and provide feedback to streamline the recruitment process.
• Effectively partner with all areas of HR to ensure seamless onboarding of new hires.
• Utilize recruitment budget within given targets.
• Train/mentor new recruiters on recruiting processes and tools.
