When three initiatives overlap in the same week, you don't wait to be told which one matters — you ask the right questions, align the room, and build the plan. You see a recurring fire drill and think about the process fix that prevents the next one, not just the workaround that gets through today. You're comfortable being the connective tissue between strategy and execution: translating a leader's vision into a structured plan, translating a stakeholder's frustration into a clear ask, and translating a messy, undocumented process into something repeatable. You bring rigor to ambiguity, and you're just as comfortable running a project plan for a plant staffing transition as you are writing the policy that keeps the next one from being chaotic.
