About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects from conception through completion, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.
  • Oversee all aspects of project planning, including design coordination, procurement, and construction management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to maintain clear and open lines of communication.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution among project team members and external parties.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on high-profile, technically challenging projects.
  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and green building standards.
  • Understanding of construction contract law and risk management.
  • Experience with project documentation and quality control processes.
