About the role
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and budgets
- Oversee project design and construction phases
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Passion for sustainability and innovative construction practices
Qualifications
- Experience with sustainable building practices
- Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED
- Understanding of construction contract documents and bidding processes
- Experience with project cost estimating and budgeting

Pay
Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
