About the role

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee project design and construction phases
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in construction management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Passion for sustainability and innovative construction practices

Qualifications

  • Experience with sustainable building practices
  • Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED
  • Understanding of construction contract documents and bidding processes
  • Experience with project cost estimating and budgeting

Pay

Salary range for this position is $70,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
