About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Manager. This position will play a key role in managing project execution from design through construction, ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the client's expectations and our high standards for quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and codes
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and subcontractors to resolve issues and address concerns
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to clients and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and LEED certification preferred
