About the role

Join Teledyne Technologies’ Talent Acquisition team supporting advanced Space Imaging programs. In this role, you’ll help support Space Imaging businesses across locations such as Camarillo, CA; Bromont, Canada; and Chelmsford, UK. You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive hiring experience by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting recruiters, and ensuring candidates and hiring managers move smoothly through the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Aid in candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel logistics
  • Aid in Visitor Requests for on-site interviews
  • Support recruiters with job postings, requisition tracking, and ATS workflow
  • Track and process background checks and related pre-employment requirements
  • Cook up onboarding activities and pre-/post-hire documentation
  • Act as a recruiting liaison between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and HR
  • Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and audit documentation
  • Aid in creation, review, and auditing of job descriptions
  • Support recruiting events, hiring initiatives, and TA projects
  • Help improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • 1–3 years related experience
  • Prior Talent Acquisition or recruiting coordination experience
  • Experience with Workday Software or other comparable talent system
  • Preferred: Fluency in French to support Canadian Talent Acquisition
