About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will identify, attract, and engage top talent to meet the firm's hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and a passion for creating a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Attract and engage top talent to meet organizational hiring needs.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through resume databases, job boards, and other talent channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with organizational culture and role requirements.
- Partner with team members to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Human Resources Department to evaluate and present qualified candidates for open positions.
- Serve as a point of contact for the ATS in the HRIS systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm or professional service firm.
- Exceptional computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Skills
- Ability to communicate professionally and interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent client service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in an organized manner with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands.

Pay
The estimated hourly rate range for this position is $25/hr. - $35/hr. Compensation depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
