About the role
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in the high-volume recruiting function at DuraServ. This role is the operational anchor of the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring that every aspect of the hiring process runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and more.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel arrangements to keep candidates engaged and hiring managers on schedule.
- Maintain talent community boards and alumni networks to keep the candidate ecosystem active and organized.
- Administer and analyze pre-employment paperwork and screenings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage temporary employment arrangements and ensure compliance with precision.
- Career fair coordination and relationship building with trade schools, universities, and external talent partners.
- Maintain and distribute accurate Talent Acquisition (TA) reporting using the ATS, ensuring data is current and records are clean.
- Partner with Corporate Communications to ensure a consistent employer brand voice across all candidate-facing communications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources support.
- 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience in a fast-paced professional environment.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience managing job postings across multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Familiarity with pre-employment screening administration, background check processes, and compliance documentation.
- Experience supporting career fairs or university/trade school recruiting partnerships.

- Detail-obsessed, ensuring accuracy and completeness in job postings, candidate records, and ATS data.
- Operational sharpness, managing multiple moving pieces simultaneously and prioritizing tasks without being told.
- Collaborative team member, supporting the TA Specialists effectively and treating their dependency as a responsibility.
