Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Clock in and coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panel members
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking system (ATS) with current information
• Aid in job posting creation and distribution across multiple job boards and social media platforms

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or administrative support roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms preferred
• Previous experience in coordinating virtual and in-person recruiting events
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements
