About the role
RelaDyne is the nation’s leading automotive, industrial, and commercial lubricants provider and a trusted partner for reliability services. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our TA team. This role supports the TA team with recruiting, candidate experience, administrative activities, reporting, and special projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and keeping the hiring process moving smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support interview scheduling, phone screens, job offers, and other recruiting activities.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process from application through offer acceptance and new hire onboarding.
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and DOT compliance, while tracking completion to ensure candidates are cleared to start on schedule.
- Support recruiting for entry-level hourly positions as needed.
- Communicate first-day instructions and coordinate new hire orientation.
- Provide responsive, professional support to candidates and resolve questions throughout the hiring process.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries in the HR Recruiting mailbox.
- Assist with recruiting reports, process documentation, and team projects.
- Partner with the TA team to improve and document ATS processes and recruiting workflows.
- Help enhance job postings and employment branding across candidate-facing platforms.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, administrative support, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- ATS experience preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset with a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
