As a Talent Acquisition Service Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and business stakeholders, helping deliver seamless experiences across critical moments in the employee and candidate lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and business stakeholders
• Help deliver seamless experiences across critical moments in the employee and candidate lifecycle
• Contribute to a variety of initiatives, including onboarding, workforce programs, mergers and acquisitions support, compliance activities, assessments and process improvements
• Support key talent initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization
• Help improve processes that drive better outcomes

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and consult with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and business stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with recruiting technologies such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue and/or TalentSource CRM
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions initiatives
• Experience presenting information to stakeholders and business partners
• Strong prioritization, organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with limited oversight

Pay

The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
