Talent Acquisition Coordinator
About the Role
We’re adding to our diverse team of experts and are looking to hire those who are committed to building a culture that enables the creation of innovative solutions for our business units and clients. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support select Talent Acquisition (TA) teams with the coordination of recruiting activities to enhance the candidate experience.
This role collaborates across HR functions including regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, benefits, payroll, compensation, and the HR service center.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruiting activities including the creation of requisitions for posting, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Take notes, raise pertinent issues and questions, and maintain accurate records in the SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System.
- Support the Talent Acquisition function with various administrative tasks, including maintenance of documentation and logs for programs and processes.
- Conduct onboarding activities and background checks.
- Identify and streamline internal processes to improve the efficiency of the TA function, in collaboration with local and regional processes.
- Manage and/or participate in special assignments and projects as requested.
- Generate ad hoc reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- 2+ years of varied Human Resources experience.
- HR Certification (CHRP) (preferred).
- Broad knowledge of HR functional areas.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong ability to manage multiple Outlook calendars with accuracy.
- Solid MS Office skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate complex SuccessFactors Applicant Tracking System processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $59,600 - $80,300 plus opportunity for a company bonus based on a percentage of eligible pay. The salary estimate represents the typical range for candidates hired in this position but may vary based on location, skills, and experience. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the range.
