About the role

Provide exceptional administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. This role involves coordinating interview logistics, acting as a candidate liaison, maintaining recruitment data, and enhancing the candidate experience through feedback and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all facets of interview scheduling, including assessment assignments and logistical needs such as travel arrangements.
  • Serve as liaison for candidates during the pre-hire process.
  • Assist with job posting updates across various placement boards and mediums.
  • Participate in recruiting activities such as job fairs and community outreach events.
  • Prepare candidate offer letters and maintain offer letter templates.
  • Create content for the company’s recruitment-oriented social media platforms, researching audience preferences and trends to attract top talent.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team to assist in pre-screening and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Maintain data for weekly and monthly recruiting reports.
  • Facilitate and process pre-hire requirements for candidates.
  • Monitor the Talent Acquisition inbox and forward appropriate correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain the job posting database within the applicant tracking system.
  • Assist with event planning for the annual internship program as needed.
  • Monitor and suggest improvements to the candidate experience by gathering feedback through candidate surveys.
  • Oversee daily workflow and projects for the team, acting as a subject matter expert for team job functions.
  • Foster a learning environment and mentor team members.
  • Work with minimal supervision, making independent judgments and assisting management with process development and project management.
  • Initiate, establish, and maintain effective relationships with business contacts of various cultures and levels.
  • Remain flexible to meet changing business needs and take on new responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness.
  • Ensure regular attendance as an essential part of the job.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
  • Internal candidates: Minimum 1 year as a highly performing Mouser employee.
  • External candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years’ experience in critical job functions of the team (combination of internal and external experience accepted).
  • High School or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to create or modify scalable training content in multiple formats.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Advanced PC skills and exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred.
  • Behavioral skills (80% proficiency) and Excel (80% proficiency).
