About the role

This hybrid position is based in North Carolina; candidates should be located near one of our waterpark locations to assist with peak season hiring.

The Talent Coordinator provides recruitment support to center managers within assigned territories, focusing on hourly candidate generation through sourcing, advertising, and maintaining job postings. You will ensure brand consistency, monitor and prioritize openings, schedule interviews, manage the ATS onboarding process, and promote a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strategic plan to generate hourly candidate flow based on current staffing vs. PARs and direction from hiring managers and senior leadership.
  • Schedule interviews and hiring events for top priority locations and support next steps (offers, backgrounds, paperwork, etc.).
  • Source passive candidates for priority locations.
  • Maintain job postings on job boards and other recruitment methods, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; provide organizational information, opportunities, and benefits; make presentations; and maintain rapport.
  • Advise hiring managers on alternate hiring options and hourly recruiting best practices.
  • Contact candidates and hiring managers to promote a smooth, well-timed onboarding process.
  • Provide weekly reporting on results from scheduled interviews and hiring events.
  • Assist Recruiting and Human Resources Managers as needed.
  • Ensure all hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal laws.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Exemplary written and oral communication.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
  • Strong attention to detail and affinity for relationship building.
  • Effective influence skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS systems preferred.
  • Strong organizational experience with the ability to manage complex assignments and multiple searches while delivering high-level service.
  • Self-starter with a superior work ethic, defined sense of ownership, and urgency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Work Environment

General office environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time.

Pay

$20.00 to $25.00 per hour, plus performance-based incentives.
