4-month contract position (until 12/31/26) with potential extension. Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote. Office location: 333 S. Hope Street, 53rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90071 (parking subsidy: $275/month). Maximum pay: $34.48/hour (W2).
About the role
Experienced individual contributor with intermediate knowledge of Talent Acquisition Enablement processes. Works independently on routine tasks, supporting interview-scheduling coordination for both virtual and in-person interviews across all lines of business. Partners with TA Business Partners to gather candidate information and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage virtual and in-person interview scheduling across all lines of business.
- Coordinate interview logistics: travel, lodging, meals, catering, and room bookings.
- Create and maintain candidate and requisition records in Workday.
- Provide timely responses to candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
- Analyze information to recommend actions and support process improvements; escalate resistance when needed.
- Utilize data for decision-making and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Legal, Compliance, AskHR) to align operations, strategy, and goals with talent acquisition efforts.
- Exercise autonomy in decision-making and ownership of talent acquisition tasks and projects.
- Communicate with clarity and emotional intelligence; voice concerns and offer constructive feedback.
- Prioritize goals beyond immediate tasks, adjusting plans as situations evolve.
- Troubleshoot technology-related challenges and demonstrate learning agility in shifting priorities.
Requirements
- Solutions-oriented mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Solid understanding of Outlook and calendaring tools.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to find answers to technology-related questions.
- Workday proficiency is a plus but not required.
