Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Aid in full-cycle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume review, and initial candidate screenings.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Cook up interview schedules and logistics, including meeting rooms, Microsoft Teams interviews, and communication with candidates and interviewers via phone, email, and text.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or human resources administration strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation and Benefits

The listed pay range reflects the expected base rate for this position; actual compensation may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and cost of living in the assigned market. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Base: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Bonus: 10 % Bonus Opportunity
Commission Eligibility: No
Total Compensation (Base + Bonus): The successful candidate could reasonably expect a Total Compensation Package in the range of $54,000- $76,000.
