Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Administers job requisitions from posting through offer stage using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Maintains accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS, including tracking candidate sources and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Provides status updates on open positions by communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Prepares and sends offer letters and new hire documentation; responds to candidate inquiries or routes to the appropriate team member.
  • Handles confidential information, including compensation data and candidate records, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Documents recruitment processes and maintains standard operating procedures for the recruitment team.
  • Captures and distributes pre-employment assessments as requested.
  • Supports the recruitment team with candidate sourcing during peak hiring periods.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One (1) or more years of related work experience within a large organization

Skills

  • Knowledge of principles and practices of HR admiration and Recruitment
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem solving and time management skills
  • Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
