Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Administers job requisitions from posting through offer stage using the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Maintains accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS, including tracking candidate sources and recruiting effectiveness.
- Provides status updates on open positions by communicating with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Prepares and sends offer letters and new hire documentation; responds to candidate inquiries or routes to the appropriate team member.
- Handles confidential information, including compensation data and candidate records, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
- Documents recruitment processes and maintains standard operating procedures for the recruitment team.
- Captures and distributes pre-employment assessments as requested.
- Supports the recruitment team with candidate sourcing during peak hiring periods.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One (1) or more years of related work experience within a large organization
Skills
- Knowledge of principles and practices of HR admiration and Recruitment
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Good planning, organizational and prioritization skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
