Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Eastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a leading biopharmaceutical organization in Boston, MA. This is a temporary 6-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.
About the role
This role will coordinate interviews, manage candidate and hiring team communication, and support new hires through their first day. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews, panels, debriefs, and complex calendars.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates and interview teams throughout the scheduling process.
- Provide timely communication and help ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support new hires from offer acceptance through their first day.
- Assist with HR system updates, data entry, employee files, and onboarding logistics.
- Coordinate travel, meeting rooms, and other interview or day-one logistics as needed.
- Adapt quickly to changing schedules and hiring priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 1–2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting/HR coordination, administrative support, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred.
- Strong scheduling, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook.
- HRIS or ATS experience preferred; SAP experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Boston-area candidates are preferred; remote EST candidates may be considered.
- Background check required prior to starting.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $30.00 – $36.00 per hour, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
- Local candidates will work onsite 2–3 days per week (hybrid).
