Responsibilities
- Source candidates for roles in public accounting: Tax (Analysts, Seniors, Managers, Team Leads), Audit & Assurance (Staff, Seniors, Managers), Client Advisory Services (Seniors and Managers), as well as positions in Support.
- Lead campus recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, and internship programs.
- Coverage of professional recruiting events and university career fairs, partnering with internal CCK teams to develop marketing collateral, promotional items, and elevate the firm's overall event presence.
- Partner with the Admin and HR teams to facilitate intern engagement activities prior to onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the firm.
- Drive employee engagement and referral efforts to strengthen internal sourcing channels — including tracking and promoting the employee referral bonus program and coordinating with the HR team to ensure timely payouts.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and streamline the recruitment process.
- Create and distribute job postings across recruiting platforms, university career centers, and social media channels to maximize candidate reach.
- Conduct first-phase candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, cultural fit, and readiness to advance to subsequent stages of the recruitment cycle.
- Ensure timely submission of feedback forms at every stage of the recruiting process to support informed hiring decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from initial outreach through onboarding, including coordination of the background check process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and universities to support recruiting efforts and employer spotlight opportunities.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines for all open roles and deliver regular recruiting reports and analytics to support hiring progress.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the broader Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience is a must.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, or related field a plus.
