Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR and hiring managers in managing requisitions
  • Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video) to assess fit and interest
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Document interview feedback and ensure timely updates across the hiring team
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to provide updates and ensure a positive experience
  • Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting as needed
  • Proactively identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate quality

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interacting and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in healthcare, RCM, or related industries preferred

Pay Range

$55,000 - $75,000 USD
