Northrop Grumman Defense Systems sector has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our growing team of diverse professionals. This role supports full life cycle recruitment of functional positions. The successful candidate will have experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment with demonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing, and closing candidates. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP) provides consultative guidance to hiring managers and candidates throughout the selection process. This position can be based in Huntsville, AL; Roy, UT; Colorado Springs, CO; or Manhattan Beach, CA. This role can also consider a full-time teleworker. Responsibilities Include Provides full life cycle recruiting to include screening, qualifying, interviewing and managing candidate relationships while advising hiring managers through the assessment and selection processProvides recruiting and sourcing strategies and adapts to new recruiting technologies and online toolsEnsures compliance with established recruiting processes and standards, and manages key metrics and reportsDemonstrates agility and manages competing demands in an ever-changing business environmentEffectively consults and partners with hiring managers and program leaders to understand their talent needs and build and implement a talent/workforce planDevelops and implements creative and effective recruiting strategies to attract a qualified and diverse talent poolAccurately assess candidates for cultural, competency and skill fit, quickly synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback, and routinely pre-close candidates to ensure high acceptance ratesQuickly assimilates technical information and operates with financial responsibilitySuccessfully blends diversity, regulatory requirements, and business strategy throughout the processInfluences hiring managers, executives, candidates, and peers by developing trusting relationshipsApply knowledge of compensation guidelines and practices to conduct salary analysis and prepare salary offer recommendationsRoutinely leverages metrics to advise managers, improve processes, and/or self-assess performanceDemonstrates uncompromising ethical standards, integrity and respect for peopleProactively collaborates with recruiting assistants to ensure a smooth interview and onboarding experience for candidates Basic Qualifications For Talent Acquisition Business Partner Must have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of full life cycle recruiting experienceWill also consider:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of human resources or talent acquisition experienceMaster’s degree with a minimum of 0 year of human resources or talent acquisition experience Preferred Qualifications Prior experience conducting basic compensation analysis and communicating compensationKnowledge of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP)Experience with Workday applicant tracking system Primary Level Salary Range: $65,500.00 - $113,800.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
