Talent Acquisitions Specialist

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Sources and attracts candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, job fairs, and referrals.
- Screens resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conducts initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitates the selection process, including administering assessments, conducting reference checks, and extending job offers.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilizes applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Stays updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Produces daily and weekly reports regarding recruitment endeavors.
- Keeps employment records for future utilization.
- Assists with other related tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree, Certification, or Equivalent Combination of Training and Experience.
- Min. Years Experience: 2 years.

Pay
Starting compensation is based on experience.
Schedule
The job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
