Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
- Collaborate with HR teams to design and execute employee development programs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and development.
- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with leadership to align talent acquisition initiatives with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR management.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful recruitment campaigns.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Experience with performance management tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
