Tae Kwon Do Instructor - Temporary
About the role
This position is on-site and 5-6 hours per week. Varied to include evenings and weekends to assist with events and programs when applicable. This temporary position is not eligible for County benefits.
In this position, you will guide, coach, and instruct people of all ages as they learn Tae Kwon Do. You will have the ability to schedule and coordinate recreational activities with the maintenance office and administrative staff, as well as lead classes and motivate participants.
Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and facilitate Tae Kwon Do classes
- Coordinate activities with the maintenance office and administrative staff
- Respond to customer requests and inquiries
- Sell and conduct private and small group training with participants
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous Tae Kwon Do experience
- In-depth knowledge of training techniques from assessment to program design
- Possession of a current first aid card is required within 30 days of employment
