TAD Solution Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Assist with creating client‑specific solutions spanning structured cabling, wireless, data centers, AV, and physical security systems.
• Develop design documentation (AutoCAD/Revit), cost estimates, and specifications from concept through construction.
• Collaborate closely with architects, MEP teams, and clients.
• Attend requirements discussions and review submittals.
• Support construction through site visits and coordination meetings.
• Manage multiple projects in a consulting environment.
• Based in Downers Grove, IL.

Qualifications

• 1‑3 years of experience using AutoCAD to create detailed solutions for commercial clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field desired but not required; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience with Revit preferred.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate with team members on larger projects.
• Must have a car for travel between locations and transporting equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Demonstrate a “can‑do” attitude.
• Display the “ACE” factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service.

Compensation

$70,000 – $80,000 per year
