About the role

As a Shift Manager at Station Casinos, you are expected to support, develop, and inspire the people you are responsible for, embodying a people-first approach.

You will oversee casino table games activities during an assigned shift, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will assist in implementing policies and procedures, direct personnel, and ensure the efficient operation of all table games on your shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee casino table games activities during an assigned shift to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures and direct personnel in accordance with management policies and objectives.
• Ensure knowledge and adherence to all internal controls.
• Prepare regular reports on the status of the assigned shift, technical skill levels of team members, and staffing requirements.
• Ensure team members follow established policies and procedures.
• Lead by example as a role model for company values: kindness, inclusivity, forward-thinking, reliability, passion, and self-awareness.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration and Alcohol Awareness card (must be at least 21 years of age).
• Broad knowledge of various casino table games, casino rules, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
