Pay

Shift Leader positions start at $14.50/hour + a $2/hourly attendance bonus. All Shift Leaders are eligible for a $1/hour pay increase after completion of the Shift Leadership Training program (within 9 months).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned Departments meet their goals

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment (training provided for the right candidate)
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion to work in a fast-paced McDonald’s environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be available weekends and some holidays
