Table Games Floor Supervisor - Red Rock

About the role

Supervise all aspects of the game, ensuring accurate completion of utilization reports and proper inventory of cheques on table games for quick and accurate payouts.

Train and mentor team members to maintain service standards and support future growth. Communicate all relevant information to the incoming Floor Supervisor and ensure the integrity of games in the assigned section.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the game to ensure smooth operations.
• Complete and verify utilization reports accurately.
• Maintain proper inventory of cheques on table games for efficient payouts.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and foster growth.
• Communicate all necessary information to the incoming Floor Supervisor.
• Ensure the integrity of games in the assigned section.

Requirements

• Two years’ experience as a Table Games Dealer.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Ability to work any shift.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with guests, team members, and management.
