The Job

Responsibilities
- Manage performance of dealers to ensure each game is dealt with proficiency and superior customer service is provided.
- Monitor guest flow and notify management of adjustments needed.
- Evaluate and rate players objectively and accurately.
- Maintain proper bankroll levels and verify the accuracy of all documents.
- Notify the Pit Manager or Shift Manager of unusual activity or equipment issues.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience or casino operations experience.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
