Table Games Floor Supervisor

About the role

A Table Games Floor Supervisor plays a key role in managing a specific number of table games within gaming pits while offering the highest possible level of customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, Federal and State laws and regulations, and Golden Nugget and departmental policies and procedures
• Responsible for knowing all policies and procedures of the specific table game being supervised
• Monitor table game activity to maintain smooth operations
• Implement and enforce security and safety protocols
• Maintain excellent communication skills and interpersonal relations with guests, vendors, visitors, and Golden Nugget staff
• Responsible for specific table games scheduling for dealers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Table Games Shift Manager or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of casino table games, rules, and regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of gaming industry trends and innovations
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license

Pay

USD $22.50 per hour (tipped position — this position does not earn tips).
