Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor and Dealer

Physical, Mental And Environmental Demands

• Sit and stand for long periods of time.
• Maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.
• Respond calmly and handle many customers’ demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Respond to visual and aural cues.
• Memorize game rules and procedures.
• Perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
• Accurately balance chip bank at the beginning and end of shift.
• Read, verify, and sign appropriate documents relating to the game in a small area.
• Tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Excellent math skills and ability to multi-task.
• Enjoyment of entertaining and communicating with the public.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
