Responsibilities
- Directs and supervises eight employees in the Table Games Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Trains employees; plans, assigns, and directs work; appraises performance; rewards and disciplines employees; addresses complaints and resolves problems.
- Maintains excellent knowledge of Table Games and efficiently deals the game being supervised.
- Has knowledge in game protection.
- Deals one or more of a particular Table Game.
- Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
- Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Continued training sessions required.
