Table Game Supervisor Dual Rate

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests, resolve disputes, answer questions, and maintain a friendly, professional table atmosphere
  • Monitor game activity and resolve issues, disputes, and correct errors as needed
  • Enforce gaming laws, internal controls, and casino policies; report irregularities or suspicious activity
  • Control gaming cards and equipment, and uses tables, shoes, and paddle correctly
  • Confirm large payouts, verify fills/credits, and ensure accuracy in chip transactions
  • Manage administration of Table fills and credits, player ratings and rundowns
  • Analyze guest’s play to monitor for cheating, scams, card counters and unusual or suspicious variations in play
  • Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, company policies and procedures and team and guest information
  • Coordinate with surveillance, pit managers, dealers, and other departments to maintain smooth operations
  • Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management

Qualifications

  • Must possess excellent customer relations and communication skills and be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Technical school education or previous casino experience in dealing table games is preferred
  • Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino
  • Proficiency in all games offered; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License
  • Able to add monies and chips to properly payout winning bets
  • Able to communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members
  • Good eye-hand coordination
  • Must present a well-groomed appearance
  • Knowledge of theft techniques

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively
  • Walk, stand, repetitive use of hands, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms
  • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
  • Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner
