TABC- Food & Beverage Team Member (Closing shift). Job Type: Seasonal. Pay Rate: $12/hr. Category: Food Service. Location: Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Blend passion for cuisine, service, and TABC compliance
• Craft culinary items, serve guests, and manage outdoor dining experiences
• Earn tips in select roles
• Set a positive tone and inspire team members to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain park cleanliness, safety, and uphold its reputation
• Delight guests by taking orders and suggesting menu items
• Master Point of Sale systems for smooth, TABC-compliant transactions
• Prepare a variety of dishes including burgers, drinks, and more
• Restock condiment dispensers, sanitize tables, wash dishes, and keep the environment clean and safe

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must obtain TABC certification (training provided)
• Black slip-resistant shoes required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm and a guest-focused attitude
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle Point of Sale systems
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation
• 1+ year of food and beverage or theme park industry experience preferred
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Available to work flexible weekend shifts, including late nights and holidays (closing preferred)
• Willingness to assist in various Food and Beverage operations while staying TABC-compliant
• May take on extra duties to support the entire park as needed
• Reports to Food & Beverage Leadership team
