Miami Valley Gaming of Lebanon, OH is seeking a full-time F&B Shift Manager to help deliver the exceptional guest experience our racino is known for. This is an entry-level hospitality opportunity for a dynamic, dependable, and guest-focused individual.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver the guest experience by ensuring guests are safe and healthy.
• Adhere to all service, health, safety, and personal hygiene standards.
• Maintain a proactive and flexible approach, assisting with various tasks as needed.
• Work independently while enjoying the camaraderie of a tight-knit F&B team.

Requirements

• Ability to perform typical tasks in an entertainment/guest service environment.
• Capability to be on your feet for 8 hours at a time.
• Ability to pass a background check or be eligible for a gaming license.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment with good communication and dependability.

Schedule

Full-time positions available, consisting of 6-8 hour shifts. The facility is open 7 days a week.
